By using NetTracer Pro ("the Service"), provided by HostingSpell LLP, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use NetTracer Pro only for lawful purposes related to network diagnostics and intelligence. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Using the Service to conduct unauthorized security testing or "hacking" against third-party systems.
- Automated scraping of diagnostic results without prior written consent.
- Attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures.
- Using the Service in any way that causes harm or disrupts network operations for others.
2. Service Availability
NetTracer Pro is provided "as is" and "as available." HostingSpell LLP does not guarantee uninterrupted access or 100% accuracy of diagnostic data, as network paths and ISP information are subject to external factors.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and tool architecture remains the exclusive property of HostingSpell LLP. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the tools for professional and personal diagnostics.
4. Limitation of Liability
HostingSpell LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including any network disruptions that may occur during testing.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to block access to any IP address or user found in violation of these terms without prior notice.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HostingSpell LLP is registered.
